Sustainable Relationships and Your Authentic Self

If you are challenged by the human dilemma of being both your authentic self and in a close relationship at the same time, this group may be for you. Members’ thoughts and feelings in the here and now of the group sessions provide the basis for insight, interpersonal exploration, and growth. The group provides a designated space for members to practice new behaviors that have the potential to transform important relationships with people outside the group.   To schedule a pre-group interview, please contact me at (707) 227-6511.

Grief/Joy Support Group for Seniors

It's not uncommon for seniors to experience many life changes at once--the loss of spouses and friends, changes in living situation, social roles and health.  Grief is a normal response to loss and a process that can help you bridge the gap between life as it has been and life as it is now.  This group is a place for you to share your experience of loss in a meaningful way and to learn new methods of noticing and absorbing the sweetness in your present circumstances.  If you are grieving a loss and looking for ways to regain your balance and find more happiness in your current life situation, this group may be for you.  Contact me at (707) 227-6511 for more information.
